Cody Lowe
President
Cody (President of Adroit Property Solutions Inc.) started off at a young age working with his grandfather, who was an old school Master Carpenter. The Master Carpenters in his grandfather’s days knew how to do everything. As Cody worked along side his grandfather he built toys, furniture, cabinets and Exedra.
As an adult, Cody was mentored and worked underneath Master Carpenters and builders for 15 years. He has worked at places like Marriott World Center, Cypress Harbor and many other luxury resorts. From there he has been working professionally for 18 years. Cody prides himself on his high quality of work and customer satisfaction. As a family man, Cody is always looking for ways to spend time and improve the quality of life for his wife and two sons.
Mary Montgomery
CFO
Mary’s journey with finances started back in 2001 as an executive assistant at a small computer company that quickly turned into the assistant to the CFO. She is currently the Finance and Office Manager here at Adroit. If you have any questions regarding invoicing, Mary is your girl! She is a central Florida native. She and her husband have been raising their 4 children in Winter Garden for the last 22 years. Mary loves serving in her church and community. When she is not working or serving, she loves going to her happy place (the beach), dancing and traveling.
Amber Merchant
Digital Marketing Manager
Amber is a native of Southeastern Louisiana who recently relocated to Central Florida in November of 2021. In September of 2022, Amber became a part of our team as the Digital Marketing Manager doing most of the content creation, photography, and social media coordinating for Adroit, along with many administrative duties in the office. A few of her hobbies include being outdoors hiking, fishing, or being at the beach. She also enjoys arts and crafts, cooking, and watching LSU football. Amber believes that you can always learn something new, so she spends a lot of her time trying to learn how to improve her skills so that she can continue to grow in her career.
